Takaichi and allied conservatives hold that the male bloodline is 'the only source of the emperor's authority and legitimacy.'

Regarding constitutional reform, I have great hopes that constructive discussions transcending political parties and factions will gather momentum, leading to the release of a Diet proposal at an early time.
